Plan Terms
These Plan Terms explain how Complete Trash subscription and service plans work, including billing, renewals, cancellations, and customer responsibilities.
Our Plan Terms apply to customers who sign up for recurring waste collection service plans ("Subscription Plans") with Complete Trash Limited ("Complete Trash", "we", "us", "our").
These terms must be read together with our:
In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions prevail.
1. Plans
1.1 Plans provide recurring waste collection services for an agreed service type (for example: General Waste, Recycling, or Green Waste).
1.2 Plan details including pricing, billing frequency, and collection frequency are displayed at signup, on invoices, or in your customer account.
1.3 By signing up to a Plan, you authorise Complete Trash to charge the agreed payment method on a recurring basis.
2. Billing & Payment Frequency
2.1 Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, which may be:

Weekly

Fortnightly
-
Monthly
-
Other frequency as specified at signup
2.2 Payments must be made by the due date shown on invoices or billing schedules.
2.3 Failure to make payment may result in:

Service suspension
-
Late fees (if applicable)
-
Debt recovery action

3. Minimum Terms & Promotional Periods
3.1 Some plans or promotional offers may include a minimum service period.
3.2 Where a minimum period applies, this will be disclosed at signup or in promotional material.
3.3 Promotional pricing or benefits may be forfeited if the service is cancelled before the minimum period ends.
4. Promotional Plan Conversions (e.g. 6-Month Promotions)
4.1 Where customers sign up to a promotional plan (for example, a 6-month discounted or promotional service), the following applies unless otherwise stated at signup:

The promotional pricing applies only for the stated promotional period.

At the end of the promotional period, the service will automatically convert to the applicable standard Plan.
4.2 Upon conversion to the standard plan:

Pricing may change

Billing frequency may change

Standard plan terms will apply
4.3 Customers will be notified of any pricing or billing changes in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
5. Plan Changes
5.1 Customers may request plan upgrades, downgrades, or service type changes.
5.2 Changes may:

Take effect from the next billing cycle, or
-
Take effect immediately with prorated adjustments (at our discretion)
6. Cancellations
6.1 Customers may cancel Plans by providing notice as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Cancellation may take effect:

At the end of the current billing period, or
-
After any applicable minimum term or promotional period
6.3 Fees paid for services already delivered or billed are non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Service Suspension
7.1 We may suspend services for:

Non-payment

Repeated contamination or misuse of bins

Safety concerns

8. Bin & Equipment Obligations
8.1 Bins and equipment remain the property of Complete Trash (see Terms & Conditions – Bins & Equipment).
8.2 Upon cancellation, bins must be made available for collection.
9. Changes to Plans
9.1 We may update plan pricing, billing frequency, or service details with reasonable notice.
9.2 Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
